These terms govern the use of the Ultima QA website and pre-contract interactions, including audit requests, quote requests, and contact submissions.
2. Free QA Audit
The Free QA Audit is an introductory, non-binding service. Scope, delivery time, and outputs may vary depending on provided information and product complexity.
3. Quotes and pricing
Any pricing shown on the website is indicative and non-binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Formal commercial terms are defined in a separate proposal, SOW, MSA, or contract.
4. Paid services
Delivery terms, SLAs, payment conditions, acceptance criteria, and change management are governed by signed contractual documents.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership of deliverables, test assets, and documentation is defined in client agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, website content remains property of Ultima QA.
6. Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations are handled through NDAs and project agreements. Parties must not disclose protected business or technical information without authorization.
7. Liability limitation
To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided on an "as-is" basis and does not constitute legal, financial, or warranty guarantees.
8. Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms are governed by the laws of Poland, with competent courts in Poland.
